Refund Policy

1. General Information

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made at the online store www.mimercado.pl, operated by:

By placing an order in our store, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.


2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions specified below.

1. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

a) for the delivery of products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,

b) for the delivery of sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons,

c) for the delivery of items that were inseparably combined with other items after delivery.

2. In the case of food products offered in the Store, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products:

- that are open,

- that have damaged packaging,

- that cannot be reintroduced into circulation for hygiene reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

- your order number

- information about the product you wish to return.


3. Returns Policy

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received

The seller may ask for proof of purchase.


4. Products Excluded from Returns

According to the law, returns are not permitted for:

  • perishable food products
  • products with a short shelf life
  • food products after opening the packaging

sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health reasons.


5. Koszt zwrotu

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error by the Seller (e.g., sending the wrong product). The return address will be provided to the Customer after the return is submitted.


6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform the customer of the refund decision.

If the return is approved:

The funds will be refunded within 14 days.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Seller error.


7. Damaged or incorrect product

If the Customer receives a product:

- damaged

- not as ordered

they should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

The complaint should include:

- order number

- description of the problem

- photos of the product and packaging.

If the complaint is accepted, the Consumer is entitled to:

- replacement of the product,

- refund – if replacement is not possible.

Complaints do not cover damage occurring after delivery, in particular damage resulting from improper storage of the product by the Customer.
