Doña María Mole Almendrado is a traditional Mexican paste for preparing mole sauce with added almonds. It is characterized by a rich, slightly sweet and spicy flavor with notes of cocoa, chili and spices. Ideal for preparing classic mole con pollo, as well as for meat dishes, enchiladas or tacos.
