Doña María Mole Almendrado is a traditional Mexican paste for preparing mole sauce with added almonds. It is characterized by a rich, slightly sweet and spicy flavor with notes of cocoa, chili and spices. Ideal for preparing classic mole con pollo, as well as for meat dishes, enchiladas or tacos.
Ingredients: chili peppers (pasilla, chili, chipotle), vegetable oil, sugar, biscuits (wheat flour, water, raising agent: E500ii), almonds (3%), sesame, peanuts, rosemary, cocoa, iodized salt, spices, garlic, onion, color: E150a (contains sulfites), flavorings, flavor enhancers: E631, E627.
